Course delivery, attendance, assignments, evaluation, results, revaluation.
Fee receipts, refunds, scholarship delays, bank-loan documentation.
Room allocation, mess quality, warden behaviour, infrastructure issues.
Bus delays, route issues, conductor behaviour, fee disputes.
Conflicts with classmates, faculty, staff (non-harassment cases).
Forwarded to ICC (sexual harassment) or Anti-Ragging Cell as appropriate.
Use online form, email, written letter, or anonymous box. Acknowledgement within 24 hrs.
Committee meets within 3 working days, reviews complaint, decides if it falls under their scope.
Both parties interviewed separately. Evidence gathered. Confidentiality maintained.
Decision communicated within 7 working days. Either side can appeal to Principal.
